Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
• The item received is incorrect
• The item arrived damaged during shipping
• The item does not match the description on our website
• The part is unused and no longer needed

To qualify for a return:
• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be in original condition
• The part must not have been installed, modified, or altered
• Original packaging must be included (where applicable)

Due to the nature of automotive components, installed or used parts cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Electrical components once installed
• Custom or special-order parts
• Clearance or final sale items
• Parts damaged due to improper installation

We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure, our team is available to assist prior to ordering.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team with your order number.
2. Provide a clear explanation of the reason for return.
3. If applicable, include photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method
• You will receive email confirmation once the refund is issued

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item or verified damage before installation).

Exchanges

If you received the wrong part or need a replacement due to verified shipping damage, we will:
• Arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
• Offer a full refund if replacement is unavailable

We aim to resolve such cases quickly and professionally.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials
• Provide clear photos for documentation

This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and offer a prompt solution.

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping costs.
